For Law Firms

Be the firm they find first — and the one they call.

Solo attorneys and small firms mostly lose matters they never knew existed — the search happened, someone else came up. We fix the visibility first: the map pack, and a page for every practice area you want more of. The intake and matter systems come after, once the phone is ringing.

Sound familiar?

  • You are not in the map pack when someone searches your practice area nearby
  • One page lists every practice area, so none of them rank for anything
  • Referrals and repeat clients carry the practice — new matters are unpredictable
  • New client intake is inconsistent — every matter starts differently
  • Matter status lives in your head and scattered email threads

What changes.

  • You show up in the map pack for the matters you actually want
  • A page per practice area, each ranking for its own searches
  • Consultation requests arriving without a referral behind them
  • Intake running as the same structured sequence every time
  • Every active matter tracked in one place, visible without digging

This is what the search looks like.

Nobody types your firm's name until somebody has already given it to them. Everyone else searches like this — and whoever owns these results gets the consultation.

  • estate planning attorney near me
  • family law attorney [your city]
  • personal injury lawyer near me
  • criminal defense attorney [your county]
  • free consultation lawyer near me
  • probate attorney [your city]

What we would do

The pieces that fit.

Both are productized and priced — the same for you as for anyone else, not a number that moves depending on who is asking.

Once the phone is ringing

What we can build on top.

This part is scoped on the call rather than sold off a price list, because every practice runs differently. It is also genuinely the second thing — automating an intake pipeline that nothing is flowing into does not get you anywhere.

Client Intake Pipeline

Structured intake from first contact through signed engagement — conflict check, retainer, intake form, and welcome sequence.

Matter Tracking CRM

Every active matter tracked by stage, deadline, and responsible party. Visible without digging through email.

Billing & Payment Automation

Invoice delivery triggered on milestones, with automated payment reminders that escalate appropriately.

Referral Partner Follow-Up

Automated check-ins and thank-you sequences for referral sources — so the relationship stays warm.

AI Document Drafting Workflow

AI-assisted first drafts for routine correspondence, demand letters, and intake documents — reviewed and approved by counsel.

Client Communication Sequences

Automated status updates at key matter milestones so clients aren't left wondering where things stand.

Common questions.

Most of your site is about real estate. Do you actually work with law firms?+

Yes, and I would rather be straight about the split: real estate is the specialty and you will notice it if you click around. The local-search work underneath does not change based on what you practice — a Google Business Profile, a site that ranks for what you do and where you do it, and consistent listings. If you want someone who works only with firms, that is a fair thing to want.

Do I have to buy both?+

No. Most firms should start with the Google Business Profile — it is the cheaper and faster of the two, and for local practice areas it is usually where the calls come from. Add the website when the profile is producing.

Do you still build intake and matter tracking?+

Yes, but it is scoped per practice rather than sold off a price list, and it is not where I would start. Intake systems only matter once people are finding you — automating a pipeline that nothing is flowing into does not help. We talk about it on the call once the visibility side is handled.

How long before this shows up in search?+

The profile can move within a few weeks — categories, service areas and reviews are the fastest levers. Website rankings are slower, usually two to four months before positions settle, longer in a competitive metro for a contested practice area. Anyone promising faster than that on organic search is guessing.

What about bar advertising rules?+

Your state bar's rules govern what can go on the site and how reviews are solicited, and they differ by state. Tell me the constraints you work under and we build inside them — I am not going to pretend to know your jurisdiction's rules better than you do.
