We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details when you contact us, book a consultation, or submit a form on our website.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide our services
• Send appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications (if you have opted in)
• Improve our services and customer experience

SMS & Marketing Communications

We only send text messages to people who have expressly opted in on a form on this website. Forms that ask for a mobile number show two separate, optional checkboxes, both unticked: one for service texts and one for marketing texts. You can tick either, both or neither, and the form works the same either way. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Service texts (first box): appointment reminders, replies to your inquiry, and account and project updates. Message frequency varies. Marketing texts (second box, only if you tick it): occasional offers and new-service announcements, up to 4 messages per month. We never send marketing texts to anyone who only ticked the first box. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at daniel@nomadsystems.co or (210) 796-4968. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be disclosed only to the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only to provide our services and communicate with you.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze website traffic. We may use:

Connected Social Media Accounts (Nomad OS)

Nomad OS lets businesses connect their own social media accounts so they can schedule and publish their posts. You connect an account by logging in to that platform and approving access; we never see or store your password for it. Connected platforms can include Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta), LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile (Google), and TikTok.

What we receive: the access tokens the platform issues, and basic account details such as the account or page ID, display name, username and profile photo. For TikTok this also includes the posting settings TikTok returns for your account (who can see your videos, and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed), which we show in the post editor before you schedule.

How we use it: only to publish the posts, videos and captions you create or schedule in Nomad OS, to show which account you are posting to, to report whether a post published, and, where a platform provides them, to show your page or profile statistics in your dashboard. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the platform you are posting to.

Storage and removal:access tokens are kept in our secured database and are never sent back to your browser. You can disconnect an account at any time in Nomad OS (Marketing → Social Links) or in the platform's own settings, which ends our access. To have any stored data from a connected account deleted, emaildaniel@nomadsystems.co; we delete it within 30 days.

Your use of each platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy, including theTikTok Terms of Service,YouTube Terms of Service,Google Privacy PolicyandMeta Privacy Policy. Nomad OS's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights regarding the personal information we collect about you.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the 12 months preceding this policy's effective date, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

• Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, business name, IP address
• Commercial information — services inquired about or engaged, transaction records
• Internet/network activity — browsing behavior, cookies, analytics data
• Professional/employment info — job title, company, industry (when voluntarily provided)
• Financial records — business financial data you authorize us to access as part of our services
• Inferences — preferences and interests drawn from the above categories

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Nomad Systems Co. does not sell your personal information, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

Your California Rights

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share about you
• Access a copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (though we do not sell or share as defined)
• Limit use of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide services
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

How to Exercise Your California Rights

To submit a rights request, email us at daniel@nomadsystems.co with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We aim to respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.

Shine the Light (California Civil Code §1798.83)

California residents may request, once per year, information about disclosures we have made (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email us at daniel@nomadsystems.co. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Florida, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of their personal information. Contact us at daniel@nomadsystems.co to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
