SEO Website

One page listing every service ranks for none of them.

Most local businesses have a site that describes the company. What gets found is a site that answers a specific search — this service, in this town. We build the second kind: a page for every job you take and every place you will drive to.

Who this is for

Local service businesses and professional practices — trades, home services, contractors, clinics, attorneys, accountants. Anyone whose customers search for a service and a place in the same breath. If you are a real estate agent or brokerage, the real estate version of this page covers listings, recruiting and the MLS side properly. Same build, same price — go there instead.

Why the site you have now isn't bringing work.

It is almost never the design. It is usually one of these four.

One page lists everything you do

A single Services page naming all nine of your services competes for all nine searches and wins none of them. Google has nothing specific to rank, because the page is not about any one thing.

Nothing names the towns you serve

You cover eleven towns and the site mentions the one your office sits in. Every search that includes a town name — which is most of them — goes to whoever did bother to write the page.

It was built to look good, not to be found

A template that photographs well but loads slowly, has no headings worth indexing, and buries the phone number. It is a brochure. Brochures do not rank.

Leads land somewhere nobody checks

A contact form wired to an inbox that fills with spam, or to an address nobody has opened in a year. The traffic problem gets solved and the lead still dies.

What you get

Built around the searches, not the brochure.

A page for every service

Each service gets its own page, written for the way people search for that specific job — not a bullet on a shared list.

A page for every town

The towns, suburbs and counties you actually cover, each with a page that reads like it was written for that place, because it was.

Quote forms that reach you

Requests go to your phone and inbox the moment they are sent, with spam filtering in front so the real ones are not buried.

Built to load fast

Fast hosting, compressed images, clean markup. Speed is one of the few ranking factors you can simply buy, so we buy it.

The technical side handled

Metadata, schema, sitemap, SSL, security patches and backups. You never think about any of it.

Analytics and Search Console

Set up properly on day one, so there is real data about what people searched before they called — not guesses.

How it works.

01

We map the searches

Every service you want more of, crossed with every town you will drive to. That grid is the site plan — it decides what pages exist before a single one is designed.

02

We build and you review

Design, pages, copy and forms. You see it on a staging link and say what is wrong while changing it is still cheap.

03

It goes live on your domain

Launched on your own domain with analytics, Search Console and SSL configured. The site is yours from day one, not rented from us.

04

We keep adding pages

The monthly covers hosting and care, plus new service and town pages over time. Coverage is the thing that compounds — a site that stops growing stops climbing.

Most local businesses should start with the Google Business Profile ($497 setup · $149/mo) — it is cheaper and usually produces calls faster. Add the website once the profile is working.

Common questions.

Is this different from the real estate website you sell?+

Same build, same price, written for a different business. If you are an agent or a brokerage, the real-estate version of this page covers listings, recruiting and the MLS side properly — go there instead. This page is for service businesses and professional practices.

How long before it ranks?+

A new page typically takes two to four months to settle into a position, and competitive terms in a big metro take longer. The town and service pages tend to move first because fewer people bother writing them. Anyone quoting you a faster number on organic search is guessing.

I already have a website. Do I have to start over?+

Not always. If the current site is fast and the structure is sound, it is sometimes cheaper to add the service and town pages to what you have than to rebuild. Book a call and I will tell you honestly which one your site is.

What does the monthly actually cover?+

Hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, and ongoing SEO work — new service and town pages added over time, plus fixes as search changes. It is not a maintenance fee for a static site sitting still.

What happens if I stop paying?+

The domain and the content are yours and you can take them. Month-to-month after setup, cancel any time with 30 days notice. Nothing gets held hostage — that is the whole point of you owning the domain from day one.

Do I need the Google Business Profile too?+

They work better together, but no. For most local businesses the profile is the cheaper and faster of the two, so if you are only doing one thing first, do that one.

Want to know what you're missing?

Book a call and I will go through the services and towns you should be ranking for, and who is currently taking that work — then tell you whether a rebuild is worth it. No pitch.
