Local SEO · Google Business Profile

Show up when someone nearby needs what you do.

For most local businesses the Google profile brings in more calls than the website does — and it is usually the thing nobody has touched since the day they claimed it. We fix it properly, then keep it active if you want that handled.

Who this is for

Local service businesses and professional practices — plumbers, HVAC, electricians, contractors, clinics, attorneys, accountants. Anyone whose customers search for a service and a place at the same time. If you are a real estate agent or brokerage, the real estate version of this page covers the listing and seller side properly. Same work, same price — go there instead.

Your profile is quietly costing you calls.

Most local businesses claim the listing, fill in half of it, and never go back. Google notices, and so does everyone who scrolls past you to the business above.

Google buries profiles that sit still

A profile nobody has posted to, responded on, or updated in a year slowly slides down the local results. Google reads inactivity as a business that might not be open.

Half-filled profiles don't rank

Missing categories, no services listed, no service areas, four photos from 2019. Every blank field is a reason for Google to show someone else instead.

Unanswered reviews cost you the click

People read the replies, not just the stars. A wall of reviews with no response from the owner reads as a business that stopped paying attention.

You're in the wrong categories

The category you picked when you claimed it decides which searches you are even eligible for. Most businesses pick one, pick it wrong, and never look again.

What we do

Everything in the $497 build.

Categories and services

Primary and secondary categories chosen against what people in your trade actually search, with every service you offer listed out.

Service areas

Every town, suburb and county you will travel to — set properly, so you turn up in searches outside the one town your address sits in.

Photos that count

Real photos of real work, named and uploaded the way Google rewards, replacing whatever is on there now.

Google Posts on a schedule

Published regularly, because an active profile outranks a dormant one that is otherwise identical.

Reviews, asked for and answered

A request that goes out after the job is done, and a response strategy so every review gets a reply.

The details nobody checks

Hours, holiday hours, attributes, description, phone, website link — corrected and kept correct.

Local citation building

add-on · +$297

Your name, address and phone submitted consistently across the directories Google cross-checks. Genuinely useful, and genuinely separate — it is per-directory work with its own cost, so it sits outside the $497 build rather than being quietly folded in and done badly.

Once the profile is producing, the SEO Website ($2,997 setup · $349/mo) is what extends you into the searches the profile cannot reach.

Common questions.

Is this different from the real estate version?+

Same work, same price, written for a different business. If you are an agent or a brokerage, the real-estate version of this page is framed around listings, sellers and 'realtor near me' — go there instead. This page is for local service businesses and professional practices.

What does the $497 actually include?+

A one-time, done-for-you build of everything above — categories, services, service areas, photos, the description, hours and attributes, plus review requests and a response strategy wired up. Citation building is a separate add-on, not part of this.

Do I need the $149 a month too?+

No, it is optional. The setup stands on its own. The monthly is what keeps the profile active afterwards — posts going out, reviews answered, details corrected as things change. Profiles that go quiet after a good setup do drift back down, which is the honest reason it exists.

What about citations?+

Citations are the directory listings Google cross-checks your name, address and phone against. They help, but they are a $297 add-on rather than part of the setup — there is real per-directory work and cost behind them, and folding that into the $497 would mean doing it badly.

Is any of this risky for my listing?+

No. Everything is inside Google's own guidelines — real information, real photos, real posts, and review requests that ask for an honest review rather than a good one. No fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed business name, nothing that gets a profile suspended.

How fast does it move?+

The profile is usually the fastest lever in local search — category and service-area corrections can show up within a few weeks, and reviews compound from there. It is considerably quicker than waiting on a website to rank, which is why it is normally where I would start.
