Social Media + Ads
You're already doing the work worth showing.
The photos are on your phone. The problem is the gap between finishing a job and anyone outside the driveway seeing it. We close that gap — 16 posts a month built from what you send, and ad budget behind the ones that pull calls.
$500 setup · $497/mo
Ad spend paid directly to Meta on your own account — never marked up through us
Sound familiar?
None of these are a content problem. They are a consistency problem and a measurement problem.
- —You finish good work, photograph it, and it sits in your camera roll
- —Posting happens in bursts when you remember, then nothing for three weeks
- —You have boosted a post before and have no idea whether it did anything
- —An agency quoted you a percentage of ad spend, which rewards them for spending more
What you get
Content and ads, run as one thing.
Content from the work you already do
You text in photos and clips from the job. We turn them into 16 posts a month — before and afters, finished work, the occasional face-to-camera. No studio day, no content calendar for you to fill in.
Ads built, launched and managed
Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeted to the towns you serve and the jobs you want more of. Written, built, launched, and adjusted — not set up once and left running.
Somewhere for the clicks to land
Lead forms and landing pages built to turn a click into a quote request, wired so the request reaches your phone immediately instead of sitting in a platform inbox.
A monthly report you can argue with
What ran, what it cost, what came back. Budget moves each month toward whatever is actually producing calls, and you can see why.
About the ad budget
You pay Meta directly, on an ad account you own. We never touch the money and never take a percentage of it. Plenty of agencies price on a share of ad spend — that arrangement pays them more the more you spend, whether or not it worked. The $497/mo here is for the work, and it does not change when your budget does.
How it works.
Setup month
Ad account and pages set up properly under your ownership, audience and geography defined, the first batch of content built, and tracking in place before a dollar is spent.
Posting starts
16 posts a month going out on a real schedule. You keep texting in photos; we handle everything between the photo and the post.
Ads go live
Campaigns launch once there is a profile worth sending people to. Starting ads on a dead profile wastes the budget, which is why the content comes first.
Monthly adjustment
Report, then reallocation. Budget follows what is bringing calls — and if the ads are not working, you will hear that from me rather than discovering it in month six.

Common questions.
Is ad spend included in the $497?+
No, and it never touches us. You set a budget and pay Meta directly on your own ad account. We are not a reseller and we do not take a percentage — an agency paid on a share of spend has a reason to want you spending more, which is a bad way to buy advertising.
What should I budget for ads?+
Most local businesses start somewhere between $300 and $1,000 a month, and that is a genuinely wide range because it depends on your area and what a job is worth to you. We talk about it on the call before anything launches. You can also run the content side with no ad budget at all.
Who owns the ad account and the pages?+
You do, from day one. We work inside your account rather than ours, so if we ever stop working together the account, its history, its audiences and its learnings stay with you. That history is worth real money and losing it is a genuine cost of switching agencies.
What do I actually have to do?+
Send photos and short clips from jobs. That is the whole ask. Most clients send a handful of pictures a week straight from their phone, and that is enough to build a month of posts from.
How long before it works?+
Ads can produce leads in the first few weeks, which makes this faster than SEO — but the first month is usually spent finding out which audience and which creative work rather than hitting a number. The content side compounds more slowly. I would judge it at 90 days, not 30.
Can I do this without the ads?+
Yes. Some clients run the posting side only and add ads later once there is something worth sending traffic to. Tell me on the call and we scope it that way.
Send me three photos from last week.
Book a call and I'll show you what a month of posts would look like built from the work you have already done — and tell you honestly whether ads are worth it in your area yet.
